The east wing contains a formal dinning hall on the first floor with rooms for diplomats, dignataries and guests of the Crown. The second floor for non-Courcel family like the Trevalion & Somervilles. The third for is dedicated for just Shahrizai family and personal guests of the King.

South Borough of the City which holds town houses and small estates for those of titled members of nobility.

Southern Province of Terre d'Ange, borders Caerdicca Unitas. Province of the port city Marsilikos; named for Eisheth. Eisheth is the Goddess of healers and healing, her priests and priestess wear sea-blue robes. Ruled over by Sovereign Duchesse Segolene de Mereliot.

Northwestern Province of Terre d'Ange, closest to the Three Sisters; named after Kushiel. Kushiel is the punisher God whom torments sinners in the afterlife. The priests of Kushiel wear black robes and full bronze masks. Their scions are known for being dominant and enjoying pleasure in pain. Ruled over by Sovereign Duc Timothee de Morhban & Duchesse Melise Shahrizai de Morhban.

Northern Province of Terre d'Ange, closest to Alba and Borders the Flatlands; named after Azza. Azza is the God of navigation and star charts. Priests and priestesses wear bronze masks of Azza, saffron tunics and crimson chlamys fastened with bronze brooches. His scions bare the mark of pride in their manner. Ruled over by Sovereign Duc Maurice de Trevalion and Duchesse Vivienne de Trevalion.

Northeastern Province of Terre d'Ange, bounders Skaldia; named after Camael. Camael is the God of Combat who founded the first D'Angeline armies. His priests wear a dark green tunic and sword. Ruled over by Severin d'Aiglemort, Sovereign Duc of Camlach.
